Question 1

How do I make sure a Hitachi or Isuzu part fits my machine?

Accepted Answer

Send us the OEM part number together with the machine model (for example ZX200-3) and the engine code (for example 4HK1). Our parts specialists cross-check the number against the machine configuration before confirming the order, which avoids the most common cause of returns: superseded or region-specific part numbers.

Question 2

Which Isuzu engines do you support?

Accepted Answer

We supply complete engine assemblies and components for Isuzu industrial engines including 4JJ1, 4HK1, 4BG1, 4JG1, 6HK1, 6WG1, 6UZ1 and 6BG1, plus parts for Isuzu N-Series and F-Series commercial vehicles.

Question 3

Do you keep parts in stock?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Qicheng holds approximately USD 15 million in standing inventory covering more than 100,000 products, so most common wear and service parts ship directly from stock. Availability for each part number is confirmed when you contact us.

Question 4

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

We have served more than 2,000 customers in over 120 countries and regions across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

Question 5

How can I get your parts catalog?

Accepted Answer

Use the Request a Catalog page to receive our Hitachi and Isuzu parts catalog. A parts specialist will normally reply by email within 24 hours.
